Problem w/ Empire

I have had some trouble getting in contact with Empire the last few days. Has anyone else noticed the same thing? I can't switch email address through the client, and I don't get any responses on my emails, and finally, their "24-hour" chat is offline.

The reason that I want to contact them is that I can't reload my account...

The 24 hour help has been down for months. If you have a problem, the best thing to do is to call them.

I had the same exact problem a while back. Eventually, after days of e-mails, I got them to give me their phone number. Check your PMs.
