Caesar\'s IN now spreads 3-6 and 3-6 with a kill.
Went tonight and tasted the bitter end of the probability curve. Almost 3 hours, never won a pot. Down $200. No bad beats just outdrawn more than usual and flops missing more than usuual.
the other games remain the same for the most part, $5-10, 10-20, 30-60 and they had a no limit game also. |

I almost went down there today because I was going to register for that tourney. I just had way to much to do at work to think about taking today off.

They have the back half of the basement curtained off and are setting up the new poker room.
Supposed to be ready the 10th or 11th of this month. |

They are expanding? How many more tables will they be adding? any new games? Haven't been in a while...might have to make a road trip soon.

Re: Caesar\'s IN now spreads 3-6 and 3-6 with a kill.
According to most of the managers, they're talking 21 tables... (hopefully new ones)
I don't quite understand the spread change though... from 4-8 to 3-6?? Keep the 4-8 and maybe pick up a 2-4 game like alot of other casinos. Oh well... I never realized there were that many people from there that come to this board. Represent! |

The thing about Caesars IN, if you ask the same question to every person working there, you will get a differet answer.
They got a lot of complaints when they stopped spreading 3-6 which was probably a year ago and I believe a lot of people that come in from out of town ask for 3-6. 4-8 is very close to 5-10 so I think the change is good. The room was very busy last night. |

Does anyone know the blinds and max buy in on the NL game??? I'm not too far from there, and would make the trip every so often if the NL game is any good.

Re: Caesar\'s IN now spreads 3-6 and 3-6 with a kill.
I've never played it but I think it is $1-2 and I don't believe there is a max buy-in. There may be a time charge instead of a rake but I am clueless regarding the No-limit game.
Call ahead because the No-limit game isn't always running. |

Re: Caesar\'s IN now spreads 3-6 and 3-6 with a kill.
Last time I was there they were talking about it and someone at my table was asking the dealer about it. The blinds were 1-2 and they take $5 from each person every 8-10 hands I think rather than raking each pot. I only know what I thought I heard from the dealer so this may be off a little.

Re: Caesar\'s IN now spreads 3-6 and 3-6 with a kill.
I've been wanting to make a Caesars run lately, (as I'm up over $1000 for my last 3 sessions of 5/10) but right now I'm snowed in at Dodge City, KS visiting the in laws.
I've got mixed feelings about the 3/6. I imagine w/Caesar's rake structure of 10% up to 6 dollars that 3/6 has to be the worst deal there. That rake at 4/8 is bad, so reducing the stakes makes it that much worse. My other concern is that Caesars spreading 3/6 will keep the fish out of the 5/10. Before 3/6, the 4/8 and 5/10 were basically interchangeable, w/the 5/10 only being slightly more difficult. Spreading 3/6 will make 5/10 a little stronger, but hey, should be good practice for my eventual move up to 10/20 sometime this year. The Caesars IN 2+2 crowd needs to plan a get together one of these days. |
