Default A check from Canada from PacificPoker

I liked the 2 quickly usable bonuses I received when joining PacificPoker in Oct '04. Also, I used their Citadel service for an EFT from my checking acct (no fee) and this was immediately usable for poker. But I hated the frequent disconnects during games (I'm on AOL dialup from Calif). Finally, after a month, I decided to quit Pacific and cashout. Using their cashout screen, no problemo collecting full balance + bonuses -- but payment choice was limited to a Citadel check (not an EFT) from Canada on an LA bank, or a wire transfer (fees at my bank to receive this). Citadel check received within a week.

PacificPoker good points >> signup bonuses paid and the quick payout check. Bad points >> clunky software and those horrible disconnects. I'm much happier playing on the Party and their IGMpay works well in both directions.

I've got DSL and I get disconnected frequently at Pacific.
