Default Set of 3\'s

$2/$4 NL
I limp UTG with 33. LP limps, both blinds play
Pot is $16. The flop comes T73 with 3 hearts. I bet $15. LP is one of the biggest calling stations Ive ever seen and he calls. SB calls. The SB is a very good player so Im 99% sure he has the flush draw. BB folds.
Pot is $61. The turn is a Q and doesnt bring the flush. How much do you bet here? The LP calling station only has $125 left. I have about $800 and SB has me covered. I would like to keep LP in but need to bet enough to kill the flush draw odds even if LP calls.
I bet pot $60 and they both folded. I think I played it right but maybe overbet.

$60 sounds fine. No reason to make this in to a huge pot or some kind of big confrontation when you have a very vulnerable hand.

I'd probably bet 30 - 40, giving them 3-1 for the flush if they choose to take it...

hey iceman, you should bookmark the bisonbison hand converter so you can start posting hand histories.

it saves you a lot of time detailing the hand, and makes it much easier on us to follow.

I do have it, but usually post these hands from work where I dont have access to hand histories. I get your point though and will try to accomodate.

Do you guys get the hand history right away on a hand you want to post? Sometimes I think about the hand way later after its too late to get the hand history.

Back to the hand....someone said to bet $30-$40 to give 3-1 draw to the flush. The pot is $60, if I bet $40 and the calling station calls ( I dont think he had the flush draw), that gives the SB who I do think was drawing 3.5-1 ($40 to him with a $140 pot).

The odds to hit the flush are about 4-1 right? Isnt that too close to correct odds given that Im risking losing the whole pot? I guess thats my question here.

If it was heads up then I think $40 is right but if Im pretty sure the calling station will call is it still right?
I usually dont like to give anyone that close to correct odds.
