There's got to be a way to do this. And if there is no program already, I'm sure a good windows programmer could figure it out.

You know that windows program that magnifies a certain part of the screen. Think of that but in reverse and add in a function to transpose your mouse clicks.

If I wasn't busy, I might look into this further.
