Default If I could do this hand over...

Paradise Poker 0.25/0.50 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, Hero calls, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, MP3 raises, CO calls, Button folds, SB folds, BB folds, Hero calls.

Flop: (7.40 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, MP3 folds, CO calls.

Turn: (4.70 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, CO calls.

River: (6.70 BB) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, CO raises, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 10.70 BB

In this scenario, did I play this right, or is there something I should have done differently to try and force this guy out?

You played it fine. No reason to give anyone credit for anything as CO was just calling along as fish do. If he hit his flush, he was getting odds to do it the whole way. If he hit 2 pr or trips, good for him. Keep betting, you'll get it back

I think the river decision between betting and check-calling is close. I think there's a good chance that a weaker Q would have raised you on the flop.

Checking and calling the river is a useful tool when the pot gets big. If the pot were say, 13 BB instead of 6.7 BB, I would check/call. In this case, betting and folding to a raise seems fine. Betting and calling a raise is no bueno.
