A player who is probably OK opens in mp1, gets cold called by 2 bad players.

I call in teh bb. 5 handed to the flop.

I check, mp1 bets, they both call and I call.

I know tommy would have played it differntly. Probably mucked before the flop. If not, check called the turn at least.
