Call the turn 3-bet and check/call the river.

This is why you bet the flop, or at least raise when it's back to you for one bet and you're heads-up. There's only one other player in, so you don't mind if you drive him out when MP2 raises your flop bet (and if the SB has a J or Q, you want him to pay the max). Had a raising war erupted here, you could've slown down on the turn and saved yourself a bunch of bets.
