New Party Poker player, what bonus should I do?

I have installed the Party Poker software, but I have not deposited any money yet. The $200 seems to apply to RELOADS.

"The 20% Deposit Bonus will ONLY be applied on your first deposit made between 00:00 hrs EST, December 17th and 23:59 hrs EST, December 20th 2004. You must use the bonus code "DECBONUS" on the Deposit Screen where you enter the amount of the deposit."

So does that mean that my first deposit of money would negate this reload bonus?
