I signed up for IGM and deposited my $500. I recieved no bonus. Has anyone else had this problem? Should I just email them? How long do they take to respond?

I emailed them, and they did credit me the $100 bonus in 1 hr. Also they seem to have accidentaly put in a $100 bonus with a 0 raked hands requirement that was made in to real money instantly. Thanks empire!
