This was posted in four different forums, so I'll reply in all four.

This looks to be not legit. I contacted him on AIM. He said he emailed Stars and said they will send the t$ after I transfer the money to him. I emailed Stars at 7:55CST to confirm this... it is now 8:38 and I have not gotten a response. I could blame Stars support, but the fact that he messaged me with "ship the [censored]. i'll brb" and signed off (he actually blocked me), makes this whole deal look even shadier.

Uh, you both email stars and ask them to do the transfer. You DO NOT send him the money first.

I didn't... and I won't. Funny that he has dutchboyd.com in his AIM profile. I asked him why. He said they're friends. Doesn't surprise me..
