Ummmm bet. Even if they have a queen they might not raise. If you check to them and they have a queen they will bet for sure.

... bets. Fish are unlikely to raise you on the flop; if you DO get raised, then lay it down. If you would be willing to check-call, then better here to bet, IMO; might gets callers from hand(s) holding pair(s) lower than yours. So, what'd you do?
