Default Problem hands --- need help please.

I keep running into a few hands that I have trouble playing. I usually have the average stack size about midway through the tourney. Let's say blinds are 150-300 and you have about 2500-3500 in chips. This is the time in the tourney when the big stacks raise the normal 3x blind and the small stacks go all in. Any help would be great.

Problem #1
Early position. Pocket pairs 7-10 or A-Q
Should you generally pass, limp, or go all in. You are so susceptible to the re-raise all in. How do most people play them?

Problem #2
Big offsuits in late position. Like AT,AJ,KQ,KJ,etc. I generally try to steal if no one has entered the pot, but once again I get re-raised or a blind calls and there is crap on the flop. Big blind check raises all-in and I fold.

Problem #3
I guess this is just a rant but those damn aces always seem to flop when I rasie with jj-kk and someone calls with AT off. (Sorry no reply needed)
