Coriolis Effect: Force due to the Earth's rotation, capable of generating currents. It causes moving bodies to be deflected to the right in the Northern Hemisphere and to the left in the Southern Hemisphere. The "force" is proportional to the speed and latitude of the moving object. It is zero at the equator and maximum at the poles.

Crap, I'm positive that I clicked on the Northern Hemisphere edition when I placed my order .

One time I got drunk and fell under the table. Interestingly enough, the button began to move counter-clockwise.

Also, rabbit cam effect: viewed from underneath the table, the button moves counterclockwise.

You can see the button move all around the table from the rabbit cam? I could barely see the cards they placed over it.

LOL--funny posts!

However, I think there are a few possibilities here:

1) Harrington was drunk when he wrote that. And his proofreader was drunk or doesn't play.

2) He had someone write some of the basic material who was either drunk or dislexic.

3) He's testing his readers. Do you see why?

toilet water spins in the opposite direction in the southern hemisphere.

So maybe dan was on the shitter when he wrote this??

Or maybe he is trying to start a new trend. Soon we will all be driving on the left side of the road and dealing counter clockwise. Never doubt the powers of action Dan.

Default stop the madness!

stop the madness! the Coriolis effect, applied to sinks/toilets, is urban legend. it has more to do with how the water is made to leave the vessel than what hemisphere you're in.

He was looking into the mirrored sunglasses of an internet qualifier.
