what was the typical ante structure in jacks or better draw played 1970s gardena style? i mean in proportion to the size of the small and big bets

I think the 1-2 antied $.25; 5-10, $1; 10-20, $2.

Somebody with a better memory may correct me. I seldom played anything but lowball, and that was in the 60's.
