Fold pre-flop? I miss a value bet on the river?

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG folds, MP calls, Hero raises, Button folds, SB (TAG) folds, BB (CS) calls, MP calls.

Flop: (6.50 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
CS checks, MP checks, Hero bets, CS calls, MP calls.

Turn: (4.75 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
CS checks, MP checks, Hero bets, CS calls, MP folds.

River: (6.75 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)

I'd bet/fold the river. He'll call down all the way with plenty of hands here.

And I'd raise preflop.

Bet the river. It seems like every hand you posted, you needed to bet the river, imo.
