Default multi-tabling different games

Am wondering if many of you play both sh and full games simultaneously with much success. Am also wondering if many of you multi-table different games (e.g., hold-em and stud) successfully.

I frequently multi-table 10-20 sh and 15-30 10 handed but my results have been mixed. I also sometimes play a table or two of 10-20 stud or 10-20 O8 while playing sh hold-em. My 10-20 08 record this year is an embarrassment. At this point, I'm strongly considering multi-tabling only one type of game at a time.

So what are the pros and cons of mixing games in this way? I find it to be stimulating/fun to play different games. But my play at full games (when I am mixing sh and full tables) particularly tends to suffer. I find myself overplaying hands, not giving my opponents enough credit, and calling them down too much.

This has probably been discussed before on the forum. If so, I would appreciate it if someone would guide me to the relevant threads.
