How many hands/hour in a B&M?

Just wondering...about how many hands are played per hour of limit HE in a B&M casino?

I've been told a skilled dealer and a quick table can do as many as 40-45, but if you're hitting 30-35 then you should be happy. Also, this post should really be in teh B&M Cardrooms instead of the Internet forum.
