Default Heads-up all the way, folded TP on river

No reads on opponent. The table has been tight. I am waiting to go to the airport in a couple hours and I am playing against eurotrash.

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, MP1 folds, MP2 calls, MP3 folds, CO folds, Button folds, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop: (3 SB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, BB calls, MP2 folds.

Turn: (2.50 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, BB calls.

River: (4.50 BB) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, BB raises, Hero folds.

Was this a good fold given no reads?
Final Pot: 7.50 BB

I'd call here. I think you're good at least 13% of the time.

Playing with this player a little more, he seemed like a solid player. Given that, what do you think he would reraise me with here? Could it be just a bluff?

I've been paying people off on the river too much IMO and I just feel like this was one of those instances. But I don't know if a J is really a scare card.
