Absolute worst experience ever. I went to the site to make a play on the money line for the Philly vs Dallas game. I won and wanted to cash out. I get told at that time about the 5 times rule or what ever and a bonus. I offered to forfeit the bonus because I wanted a one time play. Fine but they only cash out on Monday.

I swallowed that and after speaking to a rep I can understand them not wanting to spend a ton of time handling cash outs.

I speak to their live support 3 and 4 times through the week to make sure things are ok. They say the funds start at the kick off of Monday and through Tuesday. So I should expect to see something Tuesday evening.

NOTHING!

I call up to try and clear anything up and again discuss forfeiting the bonus. Nope my cashout was denied. No email nothing just denied. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK!!

But the guy let me know they are all about making their money and with a cash out system of once a week and bonus offering they are servicing their customers too much.

I will learn to do research before hitting a site in the future. Beware.
