Default JTs - Folding top pair. Bad?

2/4 Party - 10 handed. Typical loose/passive table.

UTG+2 and CO are the villains for this hand.
UTG+2 - In the 100 hands I have on him I got 15%/5% and a AF-T of nearly 0.
CO is a bit too loose passive.

UTG+2 limps, folded to me in MP with J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]10 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] and I limp, four call behind including the blinds.

7 to the flop (7 SB) of : 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 10 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Checked to me, I bet, CO calls, UTG+2 calls.

3 to the turn (5 BB) of : 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

UTG+2 checks, I bet, CO calls, UTG+2 raises, I fold (getting 9:1 on my call), CO calls...

Thoughts on this hand? This is what I was thinking. Based on my PT stats on UTG+2, I think it is most likely to put him on 2-pair or trips.
Even if he has only a Ten, I could be in kicker woes to ATs, KTs, or QTs. And does a AF-T of near 0.0 raise a turn with only top pair?
Therefore I would be drawing to 5 outs at best in this hand. If he has trips I'm drawing 0 outs.
If he has 2-pair, what 2-pair would be a reasonable holding for a Tight player? Maybe T9s? If I'm lucky enough that he holds this, then I'm still only drawing to 3 jacks.

Good fold. He won't check-raise the turn with a hand weaker than yours.
