PokerStars Cashout Question

I deposited $600 at Pokerstars on the 11th. 48 hours later I cashed out $900 to Neteller. Pokerstars broke it in to two payments - $600 creditback and $300 cashout.

The $600 creditback appeared in my Neteller account almost instantly. Two days later I have still not seen the $300.

I emailed Pokerstars but have not heard back yet.

Has anyone else experienced this?

They told me the other day that their system automatically refunds the original deposit. But, the winnings hve to go through a security check.

Thanks craig. Just heard back from PS:

"We request that players allow upto 72 hours from the time of their cashout
for the funds to be available in their NETeller account balance. The
remaining funds should be available in your NETeller account by the end of
today.
