Default Stars 8:05 $5+1 - Who\'s in?

Why should the high buy-in players have all the fun?

I've been clobbered by the deck (tripling up with AA against two flush draws, and doubling up when I flop two pair in the BB) and am crusing along.

I am in Sam on life support, after a battle with the small blind from my bb. slow played top pair, on the flop he mini bets. Turn two pair he pushes all-in , hit his missed flush on the river. opps

After a great first hour, I was card dead for the second. Down around 11% of flops seen.

With the blinds at 200/400, I had AJo in the BB. The CO min-raises. Genius here decides he's on a steal, and pushes in t6000. He had AK, and I'm out.

Ah, well.

Nope, you can't call. Just one of those things...

I can't find the hand history, but here is my favorite of all time:

Hero is in the BB with T5o. One limper in EP, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: T T 5

Blinds check, EP bets, SB and BB call.

Turn: It doesn't matter.

EP bets, SB raises, Hero re-raises, EP folds, SB pushes, hero calls.

SB turns over T5o, and we split.

Default OUT 45th

I was average in chips and catch JJ in EP. I raise 9k with the blinds of 1.5k/3k , Chip leader moves all in. I couldn't fold in that spot, I had been laying down hands left and right in this tournament. I call and he has AKs, flop comes AAQXQ, and I'm out, otherwise I would have been 10th in chips at 52k... Those are the breaks...
