looks to me like with those stats, the only thing you can beat is AK that he decided to get freaky with.
Its close, but I probably have to call here.

What hands do you put UTG on? it looks to me that he got either a scared KK,QQ or AK [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] specifically. I don´t like my odds on this river...
But still... I find it hard to lay my hand down in these circumstances...

I think you turn your brain off, call for one bet with an overpair, and start playing the next hand.
