Drawless board, small pot. Absolutely.

Your description of the player as loose here doesn't help me much. Is he aggressive? Passive? Generically, I have no problem with this fold. If he's putting a move on you, congratulation, he's earned it. But if he is, you'll love having him in the game if that's typical.

You need a read on this player's aggressiveness. Will he play this way with a ten? Will he raise preflop with a hand like AJ?

You don't have much margin for error here. Suppose he has A9. You have three outs to beat him (twos) and six outs to tie him (sixes and fives). That is equivalent to six full outs and you are getting 6-1 to call and draw. You have even more outs versus A4/A3.

Of course he could have a different hand that leaves you with fewer outs. But the point is you are not far from having pot odds to draw and you aren't even sure that you are behind.

Folding will be good against a passive opponent who always has a good hand for this type of aggression. Folding is terrible against an aggressive opponent. The combined equity in your outs and the chance that you are ahead makes this an easy call down.

With no read except "pretty loose" I think you have a tough decision.
