Default Am i winning once in twelve times here??

Lately i've tried to adapt myself more specifically to the typical players that can be categorized in every specific limit. In this case to the $5/$10 players at stars. Here is my experience that they become pretty straightforward after they hit their gutshot when it is multi-handed. Nothing wrong with that, although it has occured to me they just don't ever 'mix it up', so i can valuebet every "checked-to" third flushcard hitting the river, every gutshot hitting the turn etc etc. The other way around i've concluded i can fold big hands in big pots (something unthinkable on any limit below or upward from 5/10) Here's an example :

PokerStars 5/10 Hold'em (5 handed)

Preflop: Hero is MP with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls, Hero calls, Button calls, SB folds, BB raises, UTG calls, Hero calls, Button calls.

Flop: (8.40 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB bets, UTG calls, Hero raises, Button folds, BB calls, UTG calls.

Turn: (7.20 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB bets, UTG calls, Hero calls.

River: (10.20 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB bets, UTG calls, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 12.20 BB

This is the type of sized pot where i've learned i cannot fold two pair anymore. Well i just dunnit, and it felt pretty damn good. The other guy of course flips over AK, but thats beside the point and totally irrelevant.

Come to think of it , i don't know why i even posted this hand, but since i typed this much i just as well press post. And yes of course i know i can't do this that much a session (perhaps just once or twice) without this play becoming -EV as people catch up on this, but in general i think its -EV to call here at this specific limit against these typical players on this potsize.
