Thoughts, theory, & wisdom on this flop?

Wondering what would be good to consider in this situation. I have some ideas, but also feel I may be missing something.

I was playing $0.25/0.50 in UTG+2 position (9 players) with A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, Hero raises, 3 calls, Button folds, SB folds, BB folds, UTG calls, UTG+1 calls.

Flop comes (6 players, 13 small bets)
Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

UTG bets, UTG+1 calls...
