Default They won\'t fold a J, will they?

Party Poker 15/30 Hold'em (6 handed)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. CO posts a blind of $15.
<font color="CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="666666">1 fold</font>, CO (poster) calls, <font color="666666">3 folds</font>.

Flop: (5.66 SB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="blue">(2 players)</font>
<font color="CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="CC3333">CO raises</font>

What options do I have here against someone I don't know anything about? Will they sometimes raise me with a lower PP or 8x? If I call, what might my best move be on a blank on the turn? An overcard? If he has a J, there's like no chance he'll fold it, right?

PP is not my area of expertise but I'm guessing Astro and NY Kenny would say to 3 bet the flop, call if capped, bet the turn (and fold to a turn raise), planning to check call the river.

And no, no one will ever fold a jack here.

I don't know the PP 15/30 too much either, but I would instantly 3-bet here.....If it's capped, call and check-fold the turn.......otherwise, keep leading at it until he tells you not too.....

He's not folding a Jack but since he doesn't have one, that's not an issue. OK, so maybe he really does have a Jack but there are a lot of other things he could be raising here, 9T coming immediately to mind. I would probably three-bet here.
