Online Limit Tournaments

I play middle limit cash games in Atlantic City. Recently, I thought I would try some online limit hold'em tournaments. I'm a pretty solid player but I have gotten totally shellacked in about 7 out of 8 tourneys (finished in the money in one of them).
To say that the play was "loose-aggressive" is an understatement. People were going to the river with hands that I just could not believe. And, naturally, some of them went on a tear and kept sucking out hand after hand.
I'm still trying to get used to online play and I'd love to know if others' experiences with online limit tourneys is similar to mine.
