Default making a move preflop with AJ

$5/$10 NL POKERSTARS.

Ac Js in MP, I raise to $30 solid player raises to $50. I think he'd raise more with a big hand. Two known okay/good players behind call and it is back to me, I raise to $250.

The raiser folds, first caller folds, next caller calls. He started the hand with 1.25k, I had him covered. Flop comes

Ts 8c 3c

I bet out $300 (bet size??). He calls. Turn is Kh. I am really at a loss of what hand I can put him on. I check, he checks. River is 3s. I check, he goes all in for $600 more, I fold. I might have blown this on the turn, but the pot is $1200 at this point and he only has $630 left.

Oh my image is important to note, they probably put me on KK or AA, maybe but less likely AK, with less powerful hands being less likely the worse they get. I am somewhat of a regular there.
