Hansen says even after the fact that he thought his call was correct..
Howard had Q7 (no club) vs Gus's Q9 (Q club)
667 2 clubs No bet 2 of clubs on turn. Howard goes all-in...Gus calls. His post-interview has him saying he thought his call was correct. I mean I guess he doesn't put Howard on a hand with an A (due to preflop action), but I guess he figured his overs and club draw were good (actually, his Q wasn't good). At the very least, I figure Howard to have if not an A high [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] draw, the K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] draw. Anyone else think this guy has a bit too much gamble in him? I thought it was a horrendous call despite seeing the hole cards (him pushing would be an entirely different story), but maybe he sees something I don't. Garland |
