Note - I couldn't decide whether to call this guy SCAMdicapper or SPAMdicapper.
I went with SCAM because that's the worst of the two imo.

Some guys who spam (poker sign-up bonuses, etc) actually have legit programs for you....they are just inappropriately clogging the forums by trying to get you to sign-up.
So it's possible to SPAM without the program itself being a SCAM.

But spamming for customers with ridiculous claims and trying to scam customers out of $$$ is worse IMO.

I love it. "They should easily win" becomes "it's baseball so anything can happen" in under one paragraph. Sounds like solid handicapping to me.

You might be able to mislead more people if you were to phrase it like " Philly -4.5 vs Lions The Rock Solid Pick of the Year"
