poker tracker auto rate player feature

I've been playing 5/10 short handed on party poker for a month or so and been using poker tracker along the way. Recently I noticed the auto rate player feature on poker tracker and it seems like it could be a useful tool.

I was wondering specifically what I should set the PFR%, VPIP% and aggro factor for each type of player (loose agressive, tight passive, loose passive, tight agressive). I have a general idea, but I'd like each to be as accurate as possible. Any replies would be very helpful.
