Default Table selection online - %preflop / ave pot baseline opinions

What would you consider to be your baseline measurements for %preflop and ave $ pot for a holdem game you would deem playable, loose, or better?

As an example of what I'm after, I've developed the following for Omaha h/l which I've posted here in the past which can be scaled up as needed (although the really good games are a little more scarce as you move up).

Limit Omaha 8:
Pot Size.....Limit.......Rating......%see flop
$10..........(.5/1)......Minimum.....%45-50
$15..........(.5/1)......Good........%50-65
$20..........(.5/1)......Very Good*..%65-80+

Opinions for:
Limit Holdem?

I think I've heard someone kick around $12 ave pot and 35% preflop min at the $1/2 level as an absolute minimum for playability ("loose" probably wouldn't come into play until we get 50%+ I would imagine)?

how about other games?

opinions?

Thanks!
