Default For Anyone Who Plays Party 3/6....

would anyone like to share the hand histories that Party now stores on your harddrive, for the purpose of getting better notes?

if you find this immoral and are offended by this, then I'm sorry, because I don't see anything wrong with it. it's no different from giving your friend at a live game a run down of the players at a table before he sits down.

i'm in, it would probably be more useful if we just exchanged PT databases since I only have stored HH's from teh last week or so.

While we're on the subject, how big is everyone's PT folder these days? I'm sure mine is causing my computer to have fits, its struggling even running empire.

How would you go about doing this? Are those hand histories even compatible with PT? I thought that they were not and I have just been getting my HHs e-mailed to me upon request. In theory I don't think I am opposed to sharing with my friends here.

Why not just share notes.txt?

We could. But we've probably all got a lot of the same players in our DB's, so sharing HH's would give us a more complete read on these players.

I haven't got much of a hand history database to share -- I don't keep them after posting here and I don't have poker tracker.

However, I'd be interested in trading notes.txt and if people are willing to give their hand history database to me in exchange for my notes.txt I'd be very grateful.

I could really benefit from just seeing some of you guys play. I can be emailed at adamlloyd12 at rogers dot com. (written out that way to avoid the spam search bots...)
