TPTK Bubble Hand
No special read on button. I became very nervous when he called the flop bet, but saw no alternative on the turn.
Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t100 (5 handed) BB (t1560) Hero (t2065) MP (t1240) Button (t2325) SB (t810) Preflop: Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. Hero raises to t300, MP folds, Button calls t300, SB folds, BB folds. Flop: 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players) Hero bets t800, Button calls t800. Turn: 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players) Hero bets t965 (All-In), Button calls t965. River: 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in) |

Re: TPTK Bubble Hand
no other way to play this... I dont see how you can check/fold TPTK when theres nothing else really on the board he would call 3x BB with preflop...
He flopped a set didnt he?? |

Re: TPTK Bubble Hand
That's what I thought when he called. I think there are some spots where you have to put the other player on a monster when they call. It turned out that he was slowplaying aces. But as you say, I can't possibly put him on aces, so perhaps there's no other way to play it.
