Default Affiliates informing on Affiliates

This is classic. Affiliates who refuse to offer rake kickbacks to customers are now posing as poker players looking for rake backs on the forums. Once these affiliates mislead the other into making rake back offers, they turn them in to Party poker and have them kicked out of the affiliate program.

I thought affiliates were scum, but now I'm going to say only the greedy non rake giving back affiliates are scum.

And what evidence do you have that this is happening?

It could be, but I'd like to see proof of two things. One, that people are actually doing this and turning in other players to Party. Two, that Party is actually closing affiliate accounts due to this.

all affiliates ARE scum (which is half this forum). however, the ones giving rakeback are much worse for poker cost increases than those who do not. if someone wants rakeback, join a place like PPC. affiliates that want to offer it need to show some discretion or face the reaper.

i would never narc out an affiliate giving rakeback, but i would also not shed a tear for them getting booted. party will search for this, because for every affiliate they close down, it means 100% of the rake stays in house.

rakebacks will always happen. greedy fuks that spam the inbox of one time posters are getting what they deserve.

Granny, Please explain this to me:

Affiliate A brings in players to Party Poker.
He keeps his 20%/25% for himself.
Cost for Party poker = 20%/25%

Affiliate B brings in players to Party Poker.
He gives back 75%/90% off what he gets from the site.
Cost for Party Poker = Still 20%/25%!!

How is that worse for the poker cost?
