SSH - About David Sklansky
In the beginng of SSH, in the section About David Sklansky , (page ix) it says he recently invented a new game called Poker Challenge that will soon be apearing in casinos. Does anyone have any information on this game?
*Sorry if this has been discussed before and I missed it. A search did not bring anything up. |

Re: SSH - About David Sklansky
Thanks. I must have messed up my search the first time.
Sounds interesting and seems like many might try it while waiting on "waiting lists" for the live tables. |

Re: SSH - About David Sklansky
Hold'em Challenge failed as a table game. There is a video game that may or may not be associated with David, but it is failing also.

Re: SSH - About David Sklansky
From what I can tell this is the idea:
3 hold'em hands are dealt face up on the table. You then bet on which hand will win at showdown. There are also certain places where you can increase your bet and/or there are certain hands that give you an increased payout. Actually if you're bored and say on an airplane it's kind of a fun diversion to see how often you can guess which of the three hands will win. Also if you are just starting out it can help with board reading. |
