Question about custom chip picture copyright issues...

I am trying to come up with a theme or graphic or idea to put on some chips I want to get and I was screwing around with Photoshop and put this together (see below), I just took these pictures from different websites that took them from different magazines probably. If I had these made:
1) Would a chip company say no because the pictures are copyrighted?
2) Are the pictures copyrighted?
3) Would anyone know/care?

No you can't. Pictures of famous people are copyright protected and in most cases can not be used without permission.

I am sure there is a combination of issues with using someones likeness and that the photo itself is copyrighted.
