ESPN TOC Info

Hi all,
A newbie here, so please bear with me.

Has this event been played yet? If not what are the dates?
Also, is this a WPT event? And, I have googled everything about this and cannot find the list provided by ESPN. I read the info in the other threads here, but where is the list of players as provided by ESPN?

The event is being played on September 1st and 2nd. It will air I think on the 21st. You won't know the results till then since we will all have to sign confidentiality agreements.

ok, I guess it wouldn't be a WPT event since ESPN is covering it. But whre can I find the tournament info on this? I've tried Card Player, Google, ESPN (all I find there is info about the WSOP) Any links you can give would be appreciated.

all I can say is if I was there, and got Black A's and 8's with a 7, I think I'd run like hell for the door before Bill's ghost came and kicked my ass...LOL

If I were in the TOC and if it was not stated to be a breach in the signed contract then I would try to guarantee each individual a small amount of the prize pool - like $20k each - and then have a structured payout for like top 2 or 3. But then again I am not in the TOC and ESPN probably has rules preventing players from doing so *sigh*.
