IQ Tests - Online?
One of my co-workers sent me a link to a free IQ test and being an engineer I decided to try it and two others I found on google to see if I could correlate the results.
I was surprised by the results. All three were different tests and the results were pretty close (5 point range). Any psychologists/smart people have any comments/experience with these? Orange |

Re: IQ Tests - Online?
These commercialized IQ tests are a load o' crap...
Honestly some say Im at 190 because they dont know how to ceiling their tests, some say im 125 because their questions are too easy so the ceiling is set too low. My IQ has been tested to be somewhere between 155 and 165 on a few different tests. If you dont want to go into a testing center, some good, actual IQ tests can be found at: www.eskimo.com/~miyaguch/ |

Seems that most free IQ tests try to sell you "a more detailed" analysis of your results at the end. My guess is that no one want to pay money to find out in more detail how they scored "below average", but people would pay to read more about how smart they are. |
