Default Analysis/Taking it to the Next Level

Two questions.

1. (easy one) What criteria do people use for selecting tables online? Im generally a winning player at low limits, but I feel liek I could win more if I was more careful about table selection.

2. Like I said I am generally a winning player at low limits online, and I own my home games, but I dont win at too great of a rate online (around 2.5 big bets/100 hands), and I would very much like to start moving up levels and take my game over this plateau that I feel I am very close to. I just need to get betetr at analyzing my stats using Poker Tracker. I tend to notice trends and leaks to improve my play fairly slowly online, and I think I could make it better if I utilized poker tracker more. So how do people gnerally use this software to improve their game?

I have no idea what I just wrote....I hope there is a question somewhere in that mess.

On Party, I get on the tables that have the biggest average pots.

If you never go below 2.5 BB/100 you are doing pretty darn well.

There have been TONS of Poker Tracker analysis threads. Try doing a search and you'll get lots of info.
