i would play it the same and hope he doesn't have AJ.

EDIT: betting the turn as suggested is better. sometimes I'm too tight in small pots.

I would bet the turn.

The PFR's flop check tells me he has overcards, why give him another free shot at hitting one? If the two other players had a pair, they would've bet the turn since everyone checked the flop.

Once the flop is checked through, I would believe that I have the best hand until someone tells me I don't. I bet the turn, fold to a raise. It is much better to put others in the position of guessing what you have, rather than watching another free overcard appear and hoping it didn't help them.

Question: Why would you not fold this hand in MP1 with 2 folds already in front of you? I might play this in late position with many limpers, but I would throw this away pf 10 times out of 10 in this situation.

Huh? With two limpers in front and the blinds, that's five total going to the flop not even including the possibility of those behind you. 10 out of 10 times I make this call.

*shrugs shoulders* that's why I asked...I guess that's just my weak-tightness showing through (something I need to work on). I'd rather fold here and save my $ for a better hand.

Isn't 22-pretty much dominated by everything?

My feeling exactly. You've got to flop a set to win with 22, so you need 8 callers. Given the chance that you'll get raised behind, I fold it every time.

I know that SSH's tight recommendations are 66 from the MPs, I'm not sure what the loose recommendations are.

For both tight and loose, SSH says call with 66-22 in MP. It's not unfathomable to squeeze out another 4 SB post-flop. Sets are paid off very frequently.
