Gay Frat @ NYU

NYUs first gay frat was accepted today ( linq)

I'm not a [censored] hater or anything, but this just seems weird to me. When I think of a frat, I think of football games, keggars, hooking up with abercrombie chicks, and scratching your balls in public, not gucci sweaters, wine coolers, and broadway musicals.

I don't know, this just seems like perfect OOT material. Discuss.

Hi P Diddle,

I would think this would be a great way to play pranks on incoming freshman. Tell them they're going to a "frat party", then laugh at the hilarity that ensues when they realize that the girls arent late, the girls arent coming.

When I think of a frat I think of hilariously unintentional homoeroticism, so I think this is a good idea.

They're just singling themselves out even more by creating their own frat. Just now, they can be dicks about it, too.

yes, but real frats only go as far as spanking each other, not playing catcher.

To take the high road here and avoid the wrath of Clarkmeister, aren't frats supposed to be simply a social network of guys with similar interests?

I would think that this would be a good idea.

I also see no reason why they wouldn't be interested in keggars. It's college after all and gay guys also like to drink.

Did you consider how many chicks will probably be at their parties? The caliber of chicks might be very high as well.

In my college days, it was perfectly acceptable and politically incorrect to use "you're gay" insults as the #1 barb. If we ever saw two buddies hang out and drink together wayy too much, they'd be immediately labelled gay.

Kinda takes the fun outta this now.

And I can't even begin to imagine what kind of hazing is going to go on in that house.
