Amazing Race is the worst show on TV

Two hour season finale was tonight.

An hour and 20 minutes in Rob and Amber have amassed an amazing 3 hour and 7 hour lead on their competitors. Then in normal amazing race style they make a point where all 3 teams get tied again because the place they get their next clue doesnt open for long enough that they decided to go get a hotel for the night.

This makes the first hour and 20 minutes absolutely useless. What was the point?

Haven't watched it this year. I liked it a lot last season with the wrestlers and the dude that would yell at his wife all the time. They were fun to watch.

the whole "bottleneck" aspect of the show makes it brutal

without that, it's easily the best reality show on tv

i ran into an episode of this at some point. one team was ahead and went to an airport. then the next team made it, then the next, then the next. all on the same flight. then they faked tension before a commercial break and said "MAYBE THE FLIGHT WILL FILL UP" but i think the last team got in too. "race" is such a joke term to use in the title of this show.

If it were actually a race they wouldn't even be able to manage fake tension over however-many episodes. Not much drama if one team's 2 days ahead of everyone else.

Not that that makes your point less valid. I'm not too familiar with the show, but from the sound of things they make it pretty stupid.

I was fairly disappointed.

Rhob n' Ambuh where the clear winners. They dominated the entire race. They changed the whole competition and other teams worried more about them, them themselves...

Kelly needs to be shot.

Who the fk does that bitch think she is? You know what I am talking about right??

When she says to Ron last week (or the week before)...

Kelly: You have commitment problems (or something to that effect...)
Ron: Oh, yeah, the military and war, that was no commitment?
Kelly: Yeah, and you got out of that
Ron: Really? How is that?

Kelly: By BECOMMING a P.O.W.

I wish he would have just killed her there or hook that bitch up to the electric spring mattress...

Oh yeah...but the show ending sucked.

Well Uchenna & Joyce got HELLA lucky when the airline reopened the cabin and let them get on. I'm sure the TV producers were behind that in some way. If it were not for that, it would have been game over. Also, if they didn't have any kind of equalizing, then whoever got ahead early on would have a hard time losing; that would be some boring TV.
