in this 2 hour session, i played 4 10-20 6max (look here) and 4 15-30 ring (look here). 2000 hands total, and i lost about 250.

Showdowns won are still well above water, which would explain why the loss was so small.

U mean 1000 hands total? Any why is it surprising that the loss is small? 56 and 66% of showdowns won is very good in my opinion.
