What was the starting stack size of this years WSOP main event?

The players on the waiting list started with ~$9,500. While waiting in line for people to bust out, the blinds they would have missed were tallied.

Then, when a player busted out and they got a seat in the game, that total theoretical blinds missed (had they been at the table as an empty chair) were put into each pot as dead money in increments of $50 or $100 per hand until the missed blind total was paid for.

The player did have the opportunity to win that dead money back since it went in the pot.

Tinsley at Farha's table was one such player.
