Default Chasing an ace and a king

SB is maniac (86/50), he will cap with 6-high.
Basically each player is waiting for a good starting hand, raises to get it HU so he can get SB's money.

BB is 23/6 so far. He seems a bit weak. Anyways, when he 3-bets my UTG raise out of the BB (with the maniac player still in the pot), I tend to give credit for a very big hand. So I just call.

That being said, can I just fold the flop? I knew it will be capped.

For the river, is it a raise?
