What's the deal w/ party's 35k guar. tourney??!

The $100 tourney has been running for an hour or so and it's frozen at least 5 times. People say that they waited last night for 3 hours while it was frozen and then they refunded their money. Is this common w/ party? It's absolutely ridiclous and I guess it's the second night in a row (at least) that this happened! Right now it's frozen again and has been for 5 minutes. What a bunch of bs!
