sb checks, I bet, utg folds, villain raises, rest of limpers fold, I call.

Who bets out here? Who checks? I bet b/c unless somoene flopped the flush, I have a huge equity in this pot. Raising is good b/c it elimantes hand w/overcards and gutters that I don't want hanging around.

I check, planning on calling? Anyone bet here? My thinking was that I didn't want to bet and fold to a raise w/my strait so check calling was ok. Thoughts?

Given your read of villain, I think c/c sux on the river. He seems straightforward LP, and won't raise you without the flush. The pot isn't that big, so he would have to bluff raise you a lot on the river to make a fold bad. I like the sng on the turn, and I think this river is textbook clark.

I agree, I think the only thing that was wrong here was the river. Value betting on a 4-flush board is fun!
